A Florida based 501(c)(3) launched in 2025 to empower to the equestrian community in Dade City and surrounding areas, creating access, support, and meaningful opportunities around horses.
Mission
Why we exist
Our mission is to open doors for today’s youth who may not otherwise have access to equine experiences, providing opportunities for growth, leadership, and personal development. Through the powerful and transformative magic of horses, we cultivate confidence, responsibility, and a deep sense of purpose.
As an extension of Barrington Hill, we’re committed to strengthening the community that has supported us for years. By opening doors for new riders, supporting families and participants.
Barrington Hill Equine Foundation launched the Barrington Hill Academy to provide a place where students interested in the equestrian and agricultural world can explore, develop their curiosity and have their hard work be celebrated.
At Barrington Hill Academy, students are given opportunities to explore their interests, build confidence, develop practical life skills, and discover their unique strengths in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether they are working with animals, creating in the workshop, exploring agriculture, developing leadership skills, or engaging in academic enrichment, students are encouraged to learn by doing.
We believe some of life’s greatest lessons happen outside of a traditional classroom. Through real-world experiences, mentorship, teamwork, and purposeful challenges, students learn responsibility, perseverance, problem solving, and the value of serving others.
Barrington Hill Academy is more than a place to learn. It is a place where friendships are formed, character is built, confidence grows, and students are inspired to dream big while developing the skills needed to turn those dreams into reality.

Built on community
Barrington Hill has been part of the local equestrian community for years welcoming riders, families, and horse lovers to learn, grow, and find belonging.
In 2025, we launched Barrington Hill Equine Foundation to expand that impact as a registered 501(c)(3). The foundation exists to give back in a focused way: removing barriers to participation, supporting educational needs, and investing in the horses and people who make equestrian life possible.
We believe horses help people build confidence, responsibility, and connection and everyone deserves the chance to experience that.
